After leaving the military in 2017, my policing career began with a strong focus on building a stronger community. However, I soon realized that the field of policing had not kept up with modern times. Then, my navy-acquired technical skills sparked a deep interest in modernization. I began my journey by attempting to build and develop indoor drone platforms for clearing. In the spring of 2023, I joined the bomb squad, where I quickly started developing innovative strategies for robot operations. Additionally, I had the opportunity to introduce 3D printing to the police department through the bomb squad. I am proud to have played a role in bringing new technologies and approaches to law enforcement, ensuring a safer and more efficient community.

Policing is a subject that often sparks controversy and is viewed differently by both the political left and right. However, despite these differing perspectives, I am determined to do my best in my current position to promote peace within the community. I firmly believe that this is a responsibility that must be fulfilled, regardless of one's beliefs. Creating safer communities is a goal that I strongly support, and the police department has provided me with a platform to utilize my skills and contribute towards achieving that objective. Building a safe community for everyone to.
